Founded in 2009, the PT. Europe Marine Control Indonesia was set up to offer expat document and transportation services to support foreign companies in doing business in Batam. Batam
We are looking for meticulous individuals with good eyesight who are willing and capable to work as a Quality Inspector. Our client – a consumer electronics products manufacturer in Batam – requires people that are comfortable to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accurately performing visual and functional inspection on consumer electronics products that have been manufactured recently;
- Report to Singapore office on the quality of the products and on any irregularities that may have been discovered;
- Follow up on quality control issues and irregularities to ensure a proper and complete line of manufactured products;
- Liaise with other colleagues and superiors on issues and irregularities and work out solutions together to resolve these issues;
- Generate quality reports that provide valuable management information on the quality of the manufactured products.
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen living in Riau Islands province, preferably from Batam;
- Preferably experienced in Quality Control (QC) in a factory or manufacturing environment;
- Able to work with computers, especially with programs as Microsoft Excel;
- Good communication skills - able to write, speak and understand English;
- Experience with consumer electronics products is an added advantage;
- Comfortable to report to our client’s office in Singapore and to travel if necessary.
