Product Development of Partnership Distribution Channel - Manager

Responsibilities:

Product design for Partnership Distribution channels, including but not limited to bancassurance product (F2F) product. To conduct market intelligent function and provide regular update on competitor product and activities. To do benchmarking of the company's product againts a basket of competitors ini order to identify gaps within the existing products and activities. To provide periodical report of new product post implementation review.

Requirments:

Bachelor degree in Actuarial/Mathematics/Statistic/Economic/Business, however has an actuarial background.
Min 5 year experience in Life Insurance.
Having knowledge in Life Insurance product, especially for bancassurance product (bancassurance, F2F, etc.
Having knowledge in Business Operation process (underwriting, administration, marketing, etc).
Management knowledge to manage the team members.
Fluent english in written and verbal.
